You will pay the remaining balance when the service is done. 🗣ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE CASHAPP, APPLE PAY, ZELLE, CHIME & CASH. 🗣Hair MUST be washed & blow dried the best you can before your service. PLEASE NO OILS/EXTRA PRODUCTS IN YOUR HAIR ‼️ I will take care of that 🙂 🗣Refunds/Touch Ups/Take Downs can be negotiable if they are discussed with me within 24 hours AFTER your services. Anything after that is NON REFUNDABLE and TOUCH UPS/TAKE DOWNS HAVE TO BE BOOKED. Refunds are 50% of the total of service NO EXCEPTIONS. 🗣If you expect to be running late or you need to reschedule, PLEASE notify me‼️ If you have not arrived 1 HOUR after your scheduled appointment time, your appt is CANCELLED, your deposit is NONREFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE towards a new appt. When cancelling an appointment in a timely manner, (24 hours or more before your appt day) your deposit WILL be refunded. 🗣️No Call No Shows/Same Day Cancellations (Cancelling the day of your appointment) result in a $20-50 inconvenience cancellation fee (fee depends on total price of service) in addition to a nonrefundable deposit. 🗣️If your card declines for a NoShow/Cancellation fee and you try to book again in the future, you WILL have to pay a $25 inconvenience fee PLUS your new deposit for your NEW appointment. 🗣️ TIMES ARE ESTIMATES ! Duration of service is based on hair length, thickness & the size of your head ‼️If your hair is “short”, it needs to be ATLEAST 2 inches all around in order for ME to grip it to braid specific styles.
